Asakusa! Ningyo-yaki snacks!

I went to Asakusa with Megumi, a friend of mine at the K's House. She is really nice and cute. I like her lots.

Asakusa area is just around the corner from the K's House, maybe 5 mins walk.

The first pic is Kaminarimon. It was first time for me to see this! I was so excited and couldn't stop myself...Here, a baka Japanese girl Yoko pausing in front of many other people around.

The second pic, I'm not sure what is this called, Gojuno-tou, maybe??? I went there at night time and things looked soooo pretty with all the light-ups.

Megumi and I walked and a Japanese guy at a store was calling us. "Ladies, don't ya wanna have this free Japanese snacks? Have one for free! Just try this out!" He was selling Ningyo-yaki, a little pancake-like snack with some Anko (bean paste. not "Unko" though, "Unko" means "shit" in Japanese.)

I praised his Ningyo-yaki a lot. I bought one Ningyo-yaki (100 yen) and praised his Ningyo-yaki, his store, and him more.

Then, he said "oh thank you, thank you, you are so kind. Just take one more Ningyo-yaki." and gave me one more Ningyo-yaki for free.

I praised his Ningyo-yaki more. I also said that I have been working at the K's House where many foreigner tourists would stay. I promised him that I would talk about his Ningyo-yaki to the people at the K's House so that more people would come to his store.

Then, he said "oh thank you! well, then you can have this whole bag of Ningyo-yaki!"

We got a bag full of Ningyo-yaki for...100 yen.

So, all my dear friends, when you come to Tokyo next time, just visit Asakusa and buy his yummy Ningyo-yaki. It's really good...but alas, I don't remember the name of his store or address or phone number or anything...and there are so many many Ningyo-yaki stores in Asakusa...how could you possibly know if it is the right store to buy his Ningyo-yaki...uhmmm...I don't know...but oh! he is bold! Yap, he doesn't have any hair on his head! Yeah, just look for a Ningyo-yaki store where a bold guy works. That's it!
